PERPETUAL PRINTING

Printing has come a long way since the computer landed on the desktop. First, there were daisy-wheel printers, then dot-matrix printers, then inkjet and laser printer. The problem with all these output devices is that they require a lot of paper, inks, and toners. The word “perpetual” defines everlasting and  enduring, so the main feature of this is we can recycle the paper ( the toner less thin sheet of plastic.)

As the technology makes more technologies, it feeds on itself, so why can’t we imagine an toneless printer that permits the driver to reuse paper?

A new idea came across, Its most promising result is a kind of paper called “Gyricon.” A Gyricon sheet is a thin layer of transparent plastic holding a huge number of little oil-filled depressions.

The item is known as the Prepeat rewritable printer, which, for instance the Xerox result, obliges plastic paper. In any case Prepeat utilizes an alternate procedure to process a picture.

Each one sheet of paper comes inserted with leuco colors (dye based thermochromic  inks) which change color with temperature – colored when cool and clear when hot. The Prepeat printer, then, warms and cools the paper to first eradicate a picture and after that make another picture in its place. Consistent with the organization, a solitary sheet of paper could be reused 1,000 times before it needs to be swapped.

The most significant features of using perpetual printer is its advantages, no wastage and full productivity, less consumption of resources which inturn saves money, provides efficiency.  If you’re running a printing-intensive business, you might be able to recover your investment over time.
